Pocket Salon Pro
Design and Logic Ltd. (“we,” “us”) operates the Pocket Salon Pro mobile application. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the app.
Information we collect
- Account information — Email address and profile details you provide when you register.
- Business data — Client names, contact info, notes, photos, transactions, expenses, inventory, and reports you enter in the app.
- Usage data — Basic diagnostic information needed to operate and secure the service.
How we use information
We use your information to:
- Provide and maintain the app
- Authenticate your account
- Store your salon business data securely
- Respond to support requests
- Improve the product and fix issues
Data storage
App data is stored using secure cloud infrastructure (including Supabase). Data is associated with your stylist or salon account and is not sold to third parties for advertising.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only with service providers that help us run the app (e.g. hosting, authentication), when required by law, or to protect our rights and users’ safety.
Your choices
- You can update or delete client and business data within the app.
- You may request account deletion by contacting support@pocketsalonpro.com.
Security
We use industry-standard measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
Children
Pocket Salon Pro is intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised date at the top of this page.
